Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations for our property management business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the property manager with leasing, invoicing, tenant follow-ups, marketing, and other daily activities.
  • Handle communication with tenants regarding inquiries, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of property transactions and documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and generate leads.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in property management or real estate.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Strong customer service skills.
