Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a data-driven marketing team focused on running high-performing paid media campaigns. The team values measurable results, efficient lead generation, and clear communication, and is seeking a PPC Manager who can take full ownership of campaign execution and performance.

Position Overview:

The PPC Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid Google campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI. This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of PPC -- from strategy and setup to landing page performance and post-click tracking. You'll also manage reporting and ensure ongoing campaign improvement through close analysis of key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Execute keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance and track key metrics such as cost-per-lead and ROI.
  • Build reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Work closely with the internal team via Microsoft Teams to align on goals and insights.
  • Learn and effectively use the companys proprietary systems.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and performance tracking.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Experience with campaign performance reporting and PPC strategy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools or proprietary systems.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing multi-platform PPC strategies.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM integration.
