We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our team, providing support in optimizing product processes and ensuring seamless operations. We need an organized, communicative, and proactive person who is willing to analyze data, improve workflows, and collaborate with different teams—helping drive efficiency and growth for the entire Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Respond to customer tickets related to Axur's products;
• Perform manual validations and targeted searches for specific scenarios;
• Support the validation of new information sources;
• Conduct advanced searches using search operators (e.g., Google Dorks) to retrieve more accurate information;
• Test different search methods and analyze results to optimize information retrieval from product sources;
• Manage messaging groups.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced level of English.
• Basic knowledge of information technology.

Additional Qualifications

• Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
• Experience handling large-scale data leaks;
• Experience in technology companies, especially in B2B SaaS;
• Experience with programming languages (Python or Shell).
