Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, MFT)
Location: Lancaster, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Role Description:

We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced mental health clinicians. We are seeking licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT, MFT) to join our Behavioral Health program remotely on a contract basis to diagnose and treat client referrals.

What You’ll Do:

Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist
Progress patients skillfully and safely through the levels of treatment within the maximum capabilities of the patient
Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interaction in accordance with policies
Provide relevant education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities
Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
Actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations with associates and attendance at workshops and conferences

Requirements

Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy skills
1 year of counseling experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
