Needed ASAP: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT, MFT)

Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, MFT)
Location: Lancaster,  California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation:  $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Role Description:

We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced mental health clinicians. We are seeking licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT, MFT) to join our Behavioral Health program remotely on a contract basis to diagnose and treat client referrals. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist
  • Progress patients skillfully and safely through the levels of treatment within the maximum capabilities of the patient
  • Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interaction in accordance with policies
  • Provide relevant education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
  • Actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations with associates and attendance at workshops and conferences

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy skills
  • 1 year of counseling experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
