What We’re Looking For

Our client, a digital marketing agency specializing in strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, data analysis, SEO, and CRO, is seeking a Performance Content Creator to focus on direct-response video editing and static ad design for paid social campaigns. This role plays a key part in optimizing creative assets to drive performance for e-commerce and consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and repurpose video assets using existing templates in Butter, adjusting messaging and imagery for different clients.
  • Cut and edit UGC videos to create multiple variations from a single base video, including different intros and calls to action.
  • Enhance video content by adding captions over b-roll or stock footage to improve engagement.
  • Adapt and refine static ad creatives using Canva and Figma, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
  • Develop new static ad templates based on provided creative briefs to support campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in video editing software and experience working with paid social content.
  • Familiarity with Butter or similar tools for repurposing video ad templates.
  • Experience using Canva and Figma to modify and create static ad assets.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles in digital advertising.
  • Ability to work efficiently with existing assets and optimize creative for different brands.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a performance marketing or digital agency environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices for paid social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
  • Basic motion graphics skills to enhance video content.
