ABOUT THE ROLE
UpCodes is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Recruiter to fill critical roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the recruiting process, and is eager to refine and scale hiring strategies. You will be instrumental in our growth, focusing on both Technical and Business roles. This is an opportunity to make a big impact, earn meaningful equity, and fast-track your career.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work closely with the current Recruiting team, hiring managers, and leadership to fully understand hiring needs and improve recruiting processes
Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle for both Technical and Non-Technical roles, working to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
Assist in planning, creating, and releasing job descriptions and announcements
Efficiently and creatively source a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions across the business
Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent
Build a deep understanding of our offering and exactly what is required of our new team members
Help build and maintain relationships with a pool of qualified talent for current and future openings
Communicate UpCodes’ vision and create a meaningful candidate experience
Participate in continuous learning and training to better understand technical roles and improve recruiting strategies
YOU MUST HAVE
4+ years of experience at a tech company, preferably at a startup
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managers to drive hiring success
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to craft and share compelling narratives about company culture and opportunities
Data-driven approach to recruiting, using insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve decision-making
Deep understanding of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment strategies
A proactive and strategic mindset, ready to take on high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create structure in ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly evolving setting
