Job description

The Webinar Manager will be a key player in Vanta’s Growth Marketing team, reporting into the Top of Funnel channel. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing a comprehensive virtual event and international webinar program that supports our demand generation objectives and ties into our broader marketing strategy. This role is critical in creating and managing compelling digital experiences that attract, engage, and convert our target audience.

Specifically, this role will focus on:

  • Third-party virtual events: identifying organizations or partners to work with, managing the internal and external logistics for the event, and leading the follow up strategy

  • In-house webinars with key partners, customers, & industry influencers: identifying, coordinating, planning, and launching in-house webinars with notable partners or industry influencers in the tech and security space to support lead generation and thought-leadership positioning

  • International webinar programming: working with Vanta’s EMEA branch to plan, manage, and execute their in-house and third-party webinar and virtual events programming

This role is fully remote but must be in the East Coast time zone, with options to work in Vanta offices on an as-need basis. 

What you’ll do as a Webinar Manager at Vanta:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute 6-10 high-quality webinars and virtual events per quarter across NAMER and EMEA

  • Manage end-to-end event production, including partner/speaker identification, set up, promotion, event moderation, and follow-up processes

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and content teams to identify compelling topics and speakers

  • Develop and track key performance indicators

  • Conduct post-event analysis and develop optimization strategies

  • Repurpose webinar content into multiple formats (blog posts, social media content, video clips)

How to be successful in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital event management 

  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful webinar/virtual events programs

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in webinar platforms (Zoom preferred), marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred) and website platforms (Webflow preferred) 

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities

  • Understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies
