In accordance with state and department guidelines, this position performs a combination of duties which include responding to consumer complaints, state audits and inquiries, monitoring industry circulars and other regulatory and legislative changes, and data calls. The position will work closely with Legal, and Corporate Compliance to interpret requirements into desired actions, and provide recommendations to leadership for implementing changes.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Professional designations preferred.
2. Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Prior insurance industry experience preferred.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
