Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist to join our team!  In this role you will be the HCM Lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the Workday Core HR module. 
  • Liaise with other members of the HRIT team and Core HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules.
  • Satisfy SOX requirements using the HRIT application development governance framework.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze requirements for requested enhancements and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, test, and propose solutions by working with stakeholders and the HRIT Team.
  • Workday with IT And Business groups to integrate acquisitions into the Workday platform.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR, with 6 years of experience with Workday HCM systems supporting Core HR.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security.
  • Strong understanding of HCM concepts including supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles, custom objects, document categories and change job templates.
  • Experience with Reporting and Calculated Fields.
  • Hands on experience with EIB loads.
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Workday Pro - HCM Core Certification

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
