For our open position as HR Business Partner, we are looking for you! Start in the People Business Partnership Team and be responsible for the implementation of our HR strategy. Together with the management, you will steer strategic projects and support the leaders through training and targeted coaching. Shape our organizational culture, increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group Business Units. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. Job Description
  • Partner with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams and drive learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Act as the go-to HR consultant for management, team leads, and employees, guiding leadership, structure, and organizational growth.

  • Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies tailored to tech professionals.

  • Manage end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, payroll reviews, feedback cycles, and organizational updates, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

  • Leverage data insights to inform decisions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the department’s strategic goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field, with HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup.

  • Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership training, and employee growth strategies.

  • Strong project management, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate confidently at all levels.

  • Basic knowledge of German labor law; coaching mindset to guide management on HR topics.

  • Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin.
