About the AMD HP Workstation Specialist:

Marketstar is seeking Workstation Specialist for Enterprise Accounts in the US region to support AMD HP commercial solutions, focusing on pre-sales, development, and post-sales technical support. This role involves specialized support for our Client’s business, working within large enterprise markets in the region. You will work with end customers to demonstrate how AMD HP technology can address their business needs, provide technical support for targeted end customer accounts, and engage with the commercial ecosystem and regional OEM leads.

Location: US – Remote (Central US)

What Will You Do?

Develop end customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) with OEM platform solutions to ensure testing and performance meet customer technical requirements.
Build and maintain technical relationships with target end customer accounts and OEM partners.
Win new commercial opportunities by establishing technical solutions based on AMD and HP technology.
Collaborate with AMD and HP internal teams to create technical presentations and documentation for field delivery.
Provide technical assistance to sales personnel and end customers in the evaluation, design, and development of AMD and HP-based Client solutions.
Perform technical presentations, training, and updates for OEMs, partners, and prospects.
Translate large enterprise customer business issues and requirements into technical solution opportunities.
Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with customer objectives.
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to end customer development and software teams.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

Broad technical understanding of Client central processing units (CPUs), network processing units (NPUs), graphics processing units (GPUs), and accelerated processing units (APUs) platform architecture.
Experience working with large enterprise customers.
Specialized knowledge of client software environments, including operating systems (Windows, Linux), drivers, benchmarks, and targeted applications.
Knowledge in CPU system architecture, benchmarks, and GPU computing.
Understanding of the platform development process from concept to production.
Hands-on experience in the setup and configuration of client systems, including software, networking, and storage infrastructure.
Ability to travel up to 40%.

The salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $20,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
