Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the clinical environment
  • Maintain and grow customers within existing portfolio
  • Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives 
  • Work with State team and RSM to develop and update State sales plan
  • Work with Marketing to develop relationships and communicate with KOLs
  • Sell the features/clinical benefits of Solventum products and provide clinical education to prescribers, KOLs and medical staff in assigned facilities to drive and grow revenue in line with commercial directives
  • Participation in pre-tender planning, tender submission and post contract planning to ensure timely completion of the inter-functional parts of the process as required

Key Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university e.g business, nursing or related
  • Strong sales performer within medical solutions and/or devices.
  • Experience within the vascular access environment is highly advantageous 
  • Experience in Operating theatres, CSSD and Infection Control advantageous
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams is desired
  • Strong business and financial acumen. Confident in presenting strategy
  • Skilled with technology
  • Previous experience with Salesforce advantageous
  • Adept at functioning autonomously while also playing a crucial role in a highly skilled team
