Sales, Enterprise Client Executive, IDN - Enterprise Strategic Solutions (West US)

Job Description

As the Enterprise Client Executive for National Accounts you will be challenged to manage contracts and relationships with select IDN's for all of Philips Healthcare Products.

Your role:

  • You will be working strategically at the C-Level and working cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team. Act as the single point of contact to drive strategy with a key IDN account(s) Nationally. 
  • Solidifying the Trusted Advisor Role by providing market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation information that assists the Account in reaching its goals.
  • Leveraging the Business and Partnership relationships to retain and build toward a full Philips solution and product portfolio standardization.
  • Identifying a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies. Maintaining account funnel, forecast and AOP performance.
  • Communicating, aligning and driving the team to execute on the Account strategy. Negotiating and overseeing development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals and extensions and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.

You're the right fit if you have the following:

  • 5+ years of Field Sales experience in healthcare industry required (Experience with C-Level and IDNs required)
  • Experience leading account teams/direct reports, across multiple modalities, and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth, preferred
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Capital Equipment into accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers, preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • The ability to engage the customer and draw them into meaningful, in-depth conversations and educate the customer about industry trends and business issues

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. 

This is a field role.  Must be willing to travel- including overnights.

Philips Transparency Details  

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $269,250 to $306,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.   

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.  

Additional Information 

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. 

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Ideal locations for a candidate to reside would be Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Northern TX.
