Edisto Post-Acute located in Orangeburg, South Carolina, is a 113-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility less than a mile from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens. Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive nursing home environment? We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide Telehealth evaluations, supervisory visits, and documentation support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Telehealth evaluations and supervisory visits within normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM).

  • Complete evaluation and supervisory visit documentation within 24 hours.

  • Complete recertifications within 24 hours of the due date.

  • Co-sign progress notes and discharge documentation as needed.

  • Utilize or develop expertise in Sensory Reintegration interventions to support resident care.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in SC

  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities, geriatrics, or home health preferred.

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Sensory Reintegration interventions.

  • Strong documentation and time-management skills.

  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms for remote evaluations and supervisory visits.
