Project Manager - SOLA

About the role

The PM is primarily responsible for the visibility and management of assigned accounts, ensuring the efficient execution of implementation projects. The PM has a  key role in relationship management, direction, and coordination which guarantees compliance with deadlines, quality, resource allocation, and cost control, aligning with the professional services methodology.

What results do we expect in the first 3 to 6 months?

First 3 months:

• Adaptation to the work model and team dynamics.
  
  
• Reception and understanding of assigned accounts to ensure control and positioning.
  
  
• Use of project management tools to monitor progress and effectively manage risks.
  
  

At 6 months:

• Full management of assigned accounts with leadership in applying the professional services methodology.
  
  
• Proactive project execution with a focus on scalable solutions.
  
  
• Identification and resolution of challenges with key stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Tech, among others).
