We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will align with team excellence by excelling in a range of supportive sales functions on the Client Success Team. There are many administrative responsibilities that require a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency using various software platforms including Microsoft Suite and Zoho CRM.
Work hours for this position are time zone specific.
Individual will work Pacific Time - 9am-5pm, which is 12pm-8pm Eastern Time.
Candidates can expect to do the following:
• Maintain Sales Director’s calendar.
• Place outbound calls and send follow-up emails using ETS process, scripts and draft emails.
• Schedule appointments, calls, meetings, webinars (Project Calls, Project Closing Calls, Follow Up Calls, Reconnect Calls, website submission, new leads, etc.)
• Maintain and track Sales Director’s projects, tasks and reminders, as requested.
• Research, create, update, and maintain Zoho, ABLE and other CRM programs.
• Research clients/firms via Google, company website, LinkedIn, etc.
• Research and pursue potential clients for ETS/TGP services for business development (new prospects)
• Maintain and track Sales Director’s activity with national associations for business development opportunities.
• Monitor, track, process and follow up on all projects (CS, R&D, 179D/45L etc.) out for bid and pending.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve basic service issues.
This role is fully remote, full-time, and requires a background check and eVerify. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be a current resident in the United States. Rate of pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications:
• Prior use with Microsoft Suite of software
