Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.
Engage in proactive candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to assess interest and suitability.
Support recruitment consultants by providing key market intelligence and sales enablement insights.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and optimize tech platforms to streamline processes.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Assist in creating and refining candidate presentations, ensuring high-quality CV submissions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate seamless candidate handovers.
Work in a project-based approach, managing multiple search assignments simultaneously.
Requirements:
Previous experience in executive search recruitment, research, or talent acquisition. (Within the finance or insurance industry is desirable)
Strong analytical and research skills with an ability to interpret market data effectively.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems (Salesforce or Bullhorn preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage top-tier professionals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or private equity recruitment is a plus but not essential.
