Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
UK Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. This fully remote role requires a highly organized and research-driven individual who can independently map markets, identify high-caliber candidates, and provide crucial support to the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in enabling business success by managing outreach efforts, pre-screening talent, and optimizing recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitor insights.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Engage in proactive candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to assess interest and suitability.

  • Support recruitment consultants by providing key market intelligence and sales enablement insights.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and optimize tech platforms to streamline processes.

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.

  • Assist in creating and refining candidate presentations, ensuring high-quality CV submissions.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate seamless candidate handovers.

  • Work in a project-based approach, managing multiple search assignments simultaneously.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in executive search recruitment, research, or talent acquisition. (Within the finance or insurance industry is desirable)

  • Strong analytical and research skills with an ability to interpret market data effectively.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems (Salesforce or Bullhorn preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage top-tier professionals.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or private equity recruitment is a plus but not essential.
