This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break)

Take ownership of financial operations and administrative support for a thriving coworking space business. Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly financial transactions and data entry in QuickBooks Online
  • Process and maintain accurate financial records for multiple business entities
  • Support automated billing operations and handle occasional manual payment processing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to business leadership
  • Participate in direct communication with management during US business hours
  • Contribute to process improvement and system optimization
  • Assist with special projects and additional business support as needed
  • Collaborate with existing team members across different business units



Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work full-time during US Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
  • Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
  • Experience in administrative support roles
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Background in business support or professional services preferred
