This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, 30-minute lunch break | Sydney (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers from curated lead lists
  • Articulate mortgage brokerage services clearly, tailoring pitches to individual needs
  • Manage senior broker’s calendar, scheduling qualified appointments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
  • Cultivate a professional, friendly demeanor in all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the senior broker to refine appointment quality criteria
  • Participate in performance reviews and ongoing training to enhance skills


Requirements
  • Native-level English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Resilient attitude with a talent for turning rejections into learning opportunities
  • Basic understanding of mortgage or financial services industry a plus
  • Ability to work full-time during Australian business hours
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and industry trends quickly
