Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Lead Generation Specialist for a cutting-edge sportswear company poised for expansion. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth strategy, focusing on building valuable connections with international schools across Southeast Asia. Your expertise in research and database management will be crucial as you identify and compile key contacts within the education sector. This position offers a unique blend of data-driven work and creative communication, as you’ll not only build comprehensive databases but also craft compelling email content to introduce our client’s innovative sportswear solutions. With the potential to impact markets from Singapore to the Middle East, your work will directly contribute to the company’s success in outfitting the next generation of athletes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of international school, football clubs & academies,  netball clubs, basketball clubs and  cricket clubs. contacts in Singapore and Malaysia
  
• Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target customers
  
• Compile and verify contact information, ensuring high accuracy and completeness
  
• To avoid certain potential customers with whom we have existing relationships.
  
• Develop targeted email lists for marketing campaigns
  
• To make contact with potential customers to gauge interest and forward leads to us
  
• Assist in crafting personalized email content to introduce the company’s sportswear offerings and online teamwear sales portal
  
• Perform follow-up calls to verify lead information
  
• Expand the database to include potential customers in emerging markets such as Hong Kong
  
• Implement regular database cleaning and updating processes
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in research and data entry, with strong attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and database management tools
  
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  
• Basic understanding of the education sector and sports industry preferred
  
• Familiarity with email marketing principles and best practices
  
• Adaptability to work on periodic projects
