Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll drive business growth by connecting mortgage lending experts with real estate professionals across multiple US markets. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll leverage modern CRM technology to orchestrate meaningful connections between industry professionals. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to real estate professionals across multiple states
- Generate and maintain comprehensive databases of qualified realtor contacts
- Achieve daily target of 4+ qualified appointments with real estate professionals- Plus Commissions based on performance
- Manage end-to-end appointment coordination using Go High Level CRM
- Create and optimize automated follow-up sequences for appointment confirmations
- Maintain detailed call logs and activity tracking
- Configure and enhance CRM workflows for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate seamlessly between multiple company principals and real estate partners
- Ensure proper documentation of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
- Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets
- Strong technical aptitude for managing digital tools and automation systems
- Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours
- Experience in mortgage or real estate industry preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Track record of successful appointment setting or sales development
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
