Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PST) – Vernon, CA (Includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break)

Weekly Hours: 30 hours



Job Responsibilities
  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

  • Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.

  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.

  • Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.

  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific requirements and align with brand guidelines for optimal performance.

  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including banners, postcards, lookbooks, and promotional collateral.

  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.



Job Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.

  • Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Strong knowledge of social media content requirements (e.g., sizing, text limitations, platform-specific specs) and optimization techniques.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels, Stories, and other short-form content).

  • Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.

  • Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling, type-driven designs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative, fashion-relevant design work.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing tools, and fashion-related Go implementations.
