Responsibilities

Create detailed construction drawings and landscape architectural plans using CAD software
Prepare and submit plans to city building departments and HOAs for permit approvals
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts
Manage project timelines and maintain organized documentation for multiple projects
Respond promptly to queries from stakeholders, including city officials and team members
Utilize ERP software to track tasks, deadlines, and project progress
Adapt designs to comply with local regulations and HOA requirements
Contribute creative ideas to enhance pool and landscape designs
Participate in virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions
