Job description

Momnt is a FinTech company headquartered in Atlanta, GA with team members remote throughout the country. We power the moment of need. We currently operate in the Home Improvement and Healthcare verticals, acting as lending infrastructure for Merchants, Consumers, and Lenders.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Enablement Manager to enhance our sales team's effectiveness by providing the tools, insights, and resources necessary for success. In this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between Sales and Finance, facilitating pipeline development and supporting accurate forecasting. This highly analytical position requires close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to refine and optimize the sales enablement program, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.

Location & Work Authorization: 

This role is remote from our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.

Your Impact as Senior Sales Enablement Manager
  • Develop High-Impact Sales Resources: Create and deliver engaging content, including videos, blogs, and product guides, to empower the sales team in driving customer engagement and conversions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and implement a holistic sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the tools, knowledge, and coaching needed to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track sales team performance and adherence to SLAs, identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Message Alignment & Consistency: Ensure all sales enablement resources align with organizational marketing and product messaging, maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Provide in-depth analysis of customer behavior, industry trends, and market conditions to equip the sales team with valuable insights for impactful buyer interactions.
  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Leverage analytics to uncover key trends, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth through informed decision-making.
  • Pipeline Reporting Ownership: Manage and maintain pipeline reporting from a data perspective, ensuring accuracy and visibility for strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training programs, assess their effectiveness, and refine them to enhance sales team capabilities and overall performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Moderate proficiency and skillset in sales enablement practices and tools.
  • Hubspot expertise a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage increasingly complex work assignments under moderate supervision, with some latitude for independent judgment.
