Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented Supplier Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new suppliers, building strong relationships with them, onboarding them, and negotiating competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new suppliers globally to expand our supplier network
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and opportunities
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of supplier documentation and onboarding processes
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business needs, market trends, and supplier capabilities
• Provide regular updates and insights on supplier performance, market trends, and procurement opportunities

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Solution-oriented and positive attitude, with a focus on finding opportunities and resolving challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice to Have

• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA business operations and procurement best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
