Manager, Web Application Automated QA Tester
The Krazy Coupon Lady is looking for a Web Application Automated Tester and Manager to design, implement, and manage automated testing processes for our website and mobile app (iOS and Android). This role will ensure the quality and reliability of our platforms, while leading a team of testers. This is a full-time remote position with a Monday-Friday work week. KCL will currently consider applicants who reside in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into clear, testable specifications.
Create and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy, including selecting the right tools and frameworks, and designing effective test automation architectures.
Design and manage comprehensive test plans aligned with project goals.
Develop and maintain robust and maintainable automated test scripts using tools like Playwright and vitest.
Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and thoroughly document defects.
Monitor web application performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with developers to ensure identified defects are addressed and resolved.
Clearly communicate test results and findings to stakeholders, including developers and Product Team members.
Continuously improve testing processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Track key testing metrics and generate reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of testing efforts.
