The Finance Manager at Luxury Presence will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis processes and creating financial analyses to guide the strategic direction of the company. This individual will collaborate closely with various departments to provide strategic and financial guidance, assist with expense management, and support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Budgeting and Forecasting: In partnership with the Director of Finance, support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company goals.Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to support financial planning, scenario analysis, growth strategies, and ad-hoc analytical support.Financial & Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and provide actionable recommendations.Performance Reporting: Generate regular financial and operational reports, highlighting key metrics and variances. Communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR to align financial goals and objectives with overall business strategy.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance at a high growth startup.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Expert in Excel and strong proficiency in SQL.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Join us in shaping the future of real estate
