What You'll Do
Web & Funnel Strategy:
Architect conversion-first landing pages and websites.
Map out user flows that align with real customer behavior and intent.
Lead client discovery sessions to uncover pain points and positioning.
Copy & Messaging Strategy:
Write copy that connects at every stage of the funnel (and sells without being salesy).
Develop messaging frameworks and wireframes to guide design.
Use VOC, research, and performance data to make smart messaging decisions.
Wireframing & Creative Briefing:
Build low-fidelity wireframes to show layout, copy placement, and flow.
Collaborate closely with designers to bring your vision to life.
Ensure every element has a job (and fluff gets cut fast).
Conversion Rate Optimization:
Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and implement what’s working.
Use tools like Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to find drop-off points.
Bring a testing mindset to everything—optimize relentlessly.
SEO Integration:
Work with our SEO lead to align page structure and copy with search intent.
Balance visibility and conversion with smart keyword placement and internal linking.
What You Need
Familiarity with WordPress for building or updating live websites.
Experience using Unbounce for landing page creation and A/B testing.
Understanding of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze funnel performance.
Experience with Microsoft Clarity and GA4 for user behavior analysis, heatmaps, and performance insights.
Strong interest in consumer behavior and what drives conversions.
A mindset focused on testing, optimizing, and refining campaigns.
Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
Understanding of how SEO, paid media, design, and messaging work together.
Passion for growth and accountability for performance metrics.

This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
Work from home.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
