Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Analyst with expertise in testing ServiceNow configurations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and implementing automated test cases within ServiceNow and possess strong analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

English B2 level or Higher for fluent communication.
2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and configurations.
Proven experience in creating and implementing automated test cases within the ServiceNow platform.
Must hold Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools in ServiceNow.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues efficiently.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify potential areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:
