What You’ll Do:
Email & Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel email marketing strategy that nurtures leads, enhances customer onboarding, and drives retention.
  • Own the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely, impactful, and relevant campaigns.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize email automation workflows to improve customer experience and revenue generation.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Build and manage high-converting email nurture sequences for lead qualification and sales support.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling email campaigns.
  • Monitor email deliverability and compliance to maintain a strong sender reputation.
CRM & Marketing Automation Management
  • Manage Hubspot and Customer.io, ensuring seamless CRM and sales integration.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent leads.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy for better segmentation and reporting.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze email marketing KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and revenue impact.
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven insights for personalization and automation.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and email best practices.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar ESPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and deliverability best practices.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention programs.
