Join the dynamic and international team at bioMérieux, a worldwide leader in In Vitro Diagnostics. Our "R&D – Systems & Data Integrated Solutions" entity, composed of approximately 250 people, whose mission is to design, develop, and support bioMérieux’s software solutions. 

 As a Support Engineer for the CLARION® solution, you will bring your functional and technical expertise to a team of about 20 people. CLARION® is a secure analytical Cloud solution that provides a comprehensive view of collected laboratory and clinical data, translating this data into actionable information visualized on easy-to-use dashboards. 

FULLY REMOTE 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for CLARION® (anomalies investigations) and act as the interface between Level 2 support (Global Customer Service) and Level 4 support (Software Development) while respecting established procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of small product evolutions.
  • Provide KPIs on the deployment of the solution.
  • Train other CLARION® support engineers.
  • Write service manuals.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role supporting complex systems.
  • Preferred knowledge in analytic solutions.
  • Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) software, preferably Helix (formerly Test Track Suite) from Perforce.
  • Scripting experience preferred (Python, SQL).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with good organizational skills and initiative.
  • Adaptability and understanding of the bioMérieux industry.
