We are looking for:
Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our Creative Agency team within Managed Services and manage and build relationships with current and prospective clients.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients who utilize our creative and production managed services. Working with some of the world’s largest tech companies, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing strategic guidance, and managing the overall account lifecycle. With a focus on business development, you will identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and work with the organization’s sales team to find new clients and new revenue streams. The Account Manager will represent ASG’s creative agency service, partnering with agency leadership on project scoping, developing client proposals, and being the initial point of contact for clients during the briefing stage. A strong background in creative agency account management and an understanding of production operations will ensure success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Client and Team Management:
Builds and nurtures strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
Works closely with clients to understand their needs; identifies and suggests deliverables, products, or services that will meet those needs
Regularly communicates with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborates with agency leadership and various other internal departments, i.e. Department Heads, Human Resources, Resource Operations, Finance, etc., to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Resolves client complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient account operations
Client and Team education on co-employment best practices
Stay up to date on our unique extended workforce policies that best assist our clients and our employees.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Partner with the Head of Strategy to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
Collaborate with clients to develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with their business goals
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
Collaborates with Managed Services leadership and executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
Provides monthly and quarterly reporting both internally to leadership and externally to clients on finance and billing statuses, account strategy and operations, and growth opportunities
Working in Monday.com, maintain database of client information and track account details
Finance Management:
Tracks and reports on client data, including revenue, project types, hiring, and forecasting
Manages client rate sheets and ensures we are providing the right service model for the client’s business needs
Builds quotes for embedded teams and agency services, ensuring pricing is competitive while also maintaining sales margains
Working with the Finance Manager, oversees and monitors client budget, flagging potential changes
Service Delivery Oversight:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, project management) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Monitor service performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Address any issues or escalations promptly to ensure client satisfaction
Contract Management:
Drafts, negotiates, and executes client SOW
Manages client POs, ensuring timely invoicing
Negotiate contract terms and renewals, working closely with legal and finance teams
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service agreements
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
Identify opportunities for service innovation and differentiation
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Arts (Film and Cinema), Business, Broadcast or related field, or equivalent experience
8-10 years' experience in creative agency account management, with strong understanding of the creative production process
An exceptional record of sales leadership experience is required
Ability to travel as-needed to client sites and team meetings within the U.S. required, up to 20%
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $130,00 - $160,000 depending on experience and is eligible for additional incentives.
