An Order Coordinator will be responsible for setting up sales orders for new orders and assisting the Implementation Team with sales order set-up. They will process and manage the sales orders for all orders submitted by the various sales teams that are supported. An Order Coordinator may work with third-party dealers and FTG Companies to coordinate out-of-region installations. The position requires the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers and sales organization.

The pay range for this position is $20.22-$24.26

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Facilitate and complete rep requests as related to new orders.
Effectively communicate and work with peers, other departments and management to set internal expectations.
Setting up sales orders for customer equipment orders.
Managing orders through the complete order process - from order to cash.
Fulfillment & invoicing of cash sales orders.
Monitor E-Automate OC warehouse for inventory accuracy.
Manage HDD shredding and removals.
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate problems and create solutions.

College graduate or a minimum of one year of working with equipment orders and pricing or related experience is required.
Beginner up to intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong customer service skills and experience
Good working understanding of basic mathematical calculations
Strong attention to detail and ability to understand process dependencies and relationships.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
