About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Executive to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation process to successfully launch a reward and benefit platform for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the journey.


The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on processes and client needs. You should be confident and engaging whilst presenting to sometimes large and varied audiences about our products and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct training sessions to familiarise clients with the product and implementation process and provide regular updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Creating and executing an implementation plan, monitoring and amending as required
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Tenders, Product, Governance, Sales and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Engaging clients to invest in their benefits platform from the first point of contact to drive a successful launch with maximum registration and employee usage
  • Maintenance and updating of our CRM to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and true reporting

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the implementation are correctly executed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across the business to ensure project success.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to keep track of project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Customer Focus: A client-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and success.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Short call with a member of the Talent team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
