As a Medical Biller, your role will involve managing patient billing information, analyzing data, and making sound judgments to assist our patients throughout the billing process. You will utilize your expertise with EPIC billing software and a solid understanding of medical insurance policies to ensure efficient billing practices.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue by making payment arrangements, collecting accounts, and monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts.
Collect delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients and monitoring payments when lapses occur.
Utilize collection agencies and evaluate legal remedies when necessary to collect accounts.
Maintain detailed records and reports pertaining to the billing process and account status.
Support patients through the entire billing process, addressing queries and resolving discrepancies.
