Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The goal is to ensure full-cycle recruitment processes with a high-quality standard, interviewing and hiring outstanding employees working closely with Talent Sourcers and Talent Coordinators to ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a recruitment position, primarily focused on the search for profiles in the mobile app industry and its marketing department allies. The ideal candidate will also participate in various projects within the HR department and contribute to enhancing the organization's culture.

Responsibilities

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Design and implement the overall international recruiting strategy for a wide variety of roles within the industry.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
  • Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Work closely with Talent Coordinators to schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising them on role definition, market trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and efficient processes.
  • Identify main business competitors to attract exceptional talent.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidate status.
  • Manage the offer process. Work with the hiring manager to discuss the compensation package, level, and start date to be presented to the candidate. Prepare all necessary documentation and approvals prior to presenting offers to candidates
  • Prepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Plan and organize internal and external events to promote greater visibility to the company and facilitate new contact with potential candidates
  • Participate in defining employer branding best strategies to promote Leadtech's culture internationally.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applications.
  • Experience recruiting and hiring internationally. 
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, group assessment, etc).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
  • Ability adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Self-motivation and goal driven.
  • Strong attention to details and good organization skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Passionate about finding top talent.
  • Advanced level in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus!
