  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
