Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Address customer inquiries regarding health and wellness products effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about product benefits, usage, and promotions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new product launches and market trends in health and wellness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
