Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients in the Virtual Assistant Department.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to virtual assistant services, scheduling, and task management.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately and input information into our system for reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
  • Stay informed about service offerings and updates to provide accurate assistance to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a virtual or remote context.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant services and related tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
