Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers regarding their subscription accounts.
  • Assist with inquiries related to subscription plans, billing issues, and service features.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and input necessary information into our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide seamless support and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in subscription-based services or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping customers, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
