Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to relay user feedback and concerns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in freelancing and virtual job markets to provide relevant support.
  • Encourage community engagement among users and promote platform resources.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, specifically in digital services or freelance platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing high-quality customer care.
  • Ability to navigate challenging customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
