We are seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Content Creator (Sr. Manager) to join our Marketing team as a player-coach—hands-on in content creation while also leading our internal brand designer. You will write, design, and produce diverse content—from blog posts to video assets and thought leadership reports—while managing the creative queue for design and video needs.

This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership, ensuring our content consistently meets high creative standards and business impact. You’ll bring expertise in video production and storytelling, and know how to lead both internal talent and external agencies.

Key Skills & Experience
    •    6+ years in multimedia content creation or a related field
    •    Strong portfolio showcasing written and visual storytelling
    •    Hands-on video production experience (scripting to editing)
    •    Experience leading or mentoring creatives
    •    Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI content tools
    •    Strong project management and prioritization skills
    •    Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
    •    Strategic mindset with performance-driven approach
    •    Experience in managing external creative vendors


Key Responsibilities
    •    Create multimedia content—blog posts, articles, videos, and reports—that inform and inspire.
    •    Lead and mentor the internal brand designer, maintaining creative excellence and brand alignment.
    •    Manage the creative queue and prioritize requests to ensure efficient delivery.
    •    Produce compelling video content end-to-end or in collaboration with agencies.
    •    Translate complex research and insights into data-driven content assets.
    •    Leverage AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency.
    •    Partner with stakeholders across product marketing, digital, and events to align content with campaigns and launches.
    •    Manage creative agencies for high-impact, resource-intensive projects.
    •    Experiment with new formats and distribution tactics to maximize reach.
    •    Use analytics to refine strategy and improve performance.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The total pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
