Position Summary

This position will be a part of the internal IT Automation Team at Ivanti. We are responsible for automating processes and environments, based on business requirements. We use Ivanti products to integrate various systems to reduce repetitive tasks and standardize complex flows in an automated fashion.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Experience in working with APIs (especially REST API) and software integrations in a highly secured environments
At least 5 years of experience with PowerShell or Python scripting
Understanding the IT Infrastructure
Knowledge of SQL and data structures
Proven examples of workflows and processes improvements
Experience in delivering projects and implementing custom solutions
Monitoring of automated processes
Nice to have: Commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions and knowledge in applying LLMs.
Good written and spoken English skills
Demonstrates consistency and reliability
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
