We need an English-fluent NICE CXone System Integrator & Project Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and integrate NICE CXone solutions for enterprise-level clients.
  • Manage end-to-end CXone deployment projects, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assess project requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices for optimizing contact center solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Certification in NICE CXone (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CXone implementation, system integration, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
  • Fluent English proficiency (must be able to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and stakeholders).
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Compensation:

  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
