The Operations Specialist for Contracts Department will lead in the creation and maintenance of contract-related processes, systems, and playbooks to improve transaction velocity, efficiency, and standardization while also identifying improvements to current workflows. Support optimization of Ironclad software.  Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Ironclad platform and other department platform(s) as applicable The Operations Specialist will also assist with drafting, review, revision and negotiation of inbound and outbound contracts, including confidentiality, and other agreements.

  • Lead and support applicable CLM data migration projects.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Ironclad platform.
  • Collaborate with Ironclad’s and/or Legalsifter support team(s) to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain, manage, audit the department CLM and repository. Further develop the use of department CLM.
  • Responsible for integrity of contractual system data.
  • Manage departmental projects and assigned.
  • Develop, collect and report on key legal KPIs and other contract-related metrics, metadata, and other data points upon request.
  • Supports the GPS contracts team with contract administration and engagement initiation functions as directed by leadership.
  • Assist in conducting Client and Vendor due diligence and compliance initiatives.  
  • Conduct training sessions and create technical/operational documentation for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and forms within the Ironclad platform to meet organizational needs.

Experience Requirements:

  • Approximately 7-10 years of professional experience required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects with overlapping timelines independently
  • Effective project management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical deduction skills & critical thinking
  • Ability to interpret requirements and provide creative solutions
  • Strong computer skills in MS Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn new computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree plus extensive relevant experience
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
