About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation for the SaaS and the bank’s financial operations. The Accounting Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, improving reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the company’s overall financial health.

What you will do
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports, delivered on time.

  • Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month.

  • Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness.

  • Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months.

  • Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day.

  • Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time.

  • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in Accounting

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting processing in a medium or large organization, ideally in banking industry

    • Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.

    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite).

    • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

    Outstanding Analytical and Process enhancement skills

    • High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.

    • Ability to run complex financial data analysis and provide actionable insights.

    • Implements process improvement using AI

    • Strong analytical skills to identify financial discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve efficiency

    Demonstrates solid ownership and obsession with their craft

    • Demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes.

    • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

    • Upholds ethical standards and ensures transparency in all accounting practices.

    • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

    Demonstrates Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

    • Understanding of banking regulations and audit requirement, ensuring adherence to internal controls

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and Audit teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
    A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.

  • Step 2: Initial Interview (30 min)
    A more in-depth conversation with our Accounting manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.

  • Step 3: Excel Assessment (60 mins- Live)
    You'll do a live 60 min Excel test to assess your Excel skills.

  • Step 4: Deep Dive Interview (30 min )
    You'll meet with the Controller to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
