This position may potentially be Remote, can be located anywhere within the United States
Job Responsibilities:
Support the functional users of Costpoint with an understanding of Costpoint master data
Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, policies & procedures relating to Costpoint functional support
Support month-end close processes and understand and run batch processing
All processes are designed to meet SOX, audit, and security requirements
Work with IT to evaluate, escalate, and resolve defects within Costpoint
Support upgrades through testing and troubleshooting before the application of system changes.
Support user questions via tickets, emails or phone conversations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in government contracting, equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Deltek Costpoint experience is required
Working knowledge of front-end Costpoint screens, functions, and job processing
Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team
Experience with functional support for Costpoint. This includes system upgrades, planning, design, and SOX/Audits.
Understanding of PL/SQL scripts and queries, a plus
Excellent communication skills required
US citizenship is required
Some evenings and weekend work may be required
