Teladoc Health’s Senior Art Director is a key visual specialist within our best-in-class in-house creative team. We’re seeking a top-tier AD who knows how to tell stories visually and execute them with brilliant design skills.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, and Content Creators to develop marketing campaigns that expand our member base and drive engagement with our platform. You’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns across multiple channels, products, and audiences—ensuring each one aligns with our brand and achieves results.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned design professional and hands-on strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

In-house agency roles offer a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, while also partnering with Consumer Marketing, Product Design, and other stakeholders to create and pitch visually compelling, high-performing marketing and brand materials.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own & Execute 360° Creative: Concept and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, paid social, and more.
  • Brand Storytelling Meets Performance: Combine brand-forward creativity with a performance mindset, ensuring that every design decision is backed by data and drives results.
  • Process & Organization: Bring structure to the design team by developing efficient workflows and templates that improve speed and output, all while keeping an eye on the details of many moving tactics within a marketing campaign.
  • Mentorship responsibilities: support less experienced Designers to continue to develop their skills and improve art and creative quality. Buddy-up with new team members for smooth onboarding, collaboration and become a trusted expert for marketers and colleagues in our approved look and feel from brand guidelines.
     

Qualifications Required for Position

  • 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, marketing design, or related roles within B2C, D2C or healthcare related industries.
  • A multi-disciplinary designer with expertise across campaign design, email, direct mail, paid social and more.
  • A strong brand storyteller who can balance aesthetics with performance and conversion-driven design.
  • Experience giving and receiving design feedback.
  • Ability to pitch and present work.
  • Highly organized, process-driven mindset—you love bringing order to chaos and keeping creative projects moving smoothly.
  • Startup mentality – you embrace change and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must, in addition to other relevant design tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from high-level campaigns to tactical
    performance-driven assets.
