Join our Inside Sales US team responsible for sales of Radiometric Detection instruments! We're looking for two new specialists to join our team.

Please note that this positions; working schedule consists of evening shifts to support US clients. Shifts will cover working hours in either the Pacific or Eastern Time Zone, starting between 14:00 and 18:00.


Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Manage all business activities for assigned products and accessories.
  • Providing sales consultation using Virtual selling models.
  • Achieving and/or exceed Sales Targets year over year.
  • Prospecting and gaining market share from competition while maintaining market share for existing customer base.
  • Planning and maintaining accurate territory pipeline and forecast.
  • Managing CRM with accurate staging, commenting and daily maintenance.
  • Accurately configuring product quotes.
  • Negotiating and closing sales.
  • Handling tendering and administrative tasks to maintain business and closing sales for portfolio.
  • Cultivating positive long term relationships with customer accounts including: key opinion leaders, decision makers, end users and procurement.
  • Building long-term account strategies to maintain business in territory.
  • Virtually presenting and providing follow up training for customers on products and software.
  • Working with designated Field Application Scientist to match customer application needs to existing portfolio and demo product.
  • Working with designated Field Application Scientist to Initiate and work on initiatives designed to open new customer markets for product.
  • Executing territory plan for region.
  • Virtually organizing, participating and promoting prospecting & marketing activities in designated territory.
  • Prepping potential US counterparts for tradeshows/exhibitions/conferences.
  • Communicating Revvity vision across various scientific workflows and applications.
  • Collaborating with other sales teams, application personnel, business teams and distributors to promote & enhance Revvity workflow solutions.

Requirements:

  • Direct Expertise with radiometric detection instrumentation in a Laboratory Setting, Field Applications, Field Service, Product Management, Project Management or other functions in the Life Science industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, working with a wide breadth of personalities: via phone, video, in writing and in person.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal (C1+ level).
  • Good presentation skills & entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Self-starter attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in dynamic and changing environment.
  • Strong organization skills with an eye for details.

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience in Sales or Marketing field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system.
