Job Description:

As a Account Support Associate at Pitney Bowes, you will interact with clients to resolve complex billing issues. A successful Account Support Associate is an excellent listener who can quickly identify and resolve pain points of high-value clients. You appreciate and value navigating client interactions with patience and in a friendly manner. 

The wage range for this position is $17 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

You will 

  • Work one-on-one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email, and chat 

  • Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues 

  • Find the root cause to prevent repeat issues 

  • Navigate collections activities on accounts where appropriate 

  • Help drive Pitney Bowes revenue by identifying client needs and providing recommendations for services or products 

  • Manage your workday with little guidance and a high level of autonomy 

  • Discuss topics with clients with great attention to detail 

  • Complete other duties as assigned  

 

Your Background: 

As a Account Support Associate, you have  

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 

  • The ability to multitask and manage change well 

  • Strong verbal and written communication 

  • Active listening skills to determine customer needs and the best course of action 

  • The ability to work with flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent phone and email etiquette 

  • The ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise direction to the client 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 

  • A strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
